Interesting, although this suggestion might be best towards Gmail itself. I assume you aware that Gmail supports conversation view, whereby emails from the same sender and subject are grouped.
-
Thanks for reporting this. In the 10+ years that's I've developed this extension there has been no evidence of security issues that were exploited. I would categorize this as a false positive, but you can choose to uninstall the extension or remove the access and try the default auto-detect method of the extension.
-
We just documented it right here 😀
-
Actually if you click the date then it goes to Today.
-
Ok so this should be a relatively easy task, I'm just wondering where I put the "action" to perform this. Right clicking on the button? or within the extension popup window or options etc.
-
Hmm interesting use case, just curious where you paste it generally?
-
The original order ids should not be maintained, but you could test this theory by readding all the accounts in the order you want.
-
Good news the fix was approved very quickly in v24.0.5 You can force the update with this https://jasonsavard.com/wiki/Extension_Updates
-
Good bug finding, i'll push a fix for this in the next update, thanks.
-
Good suggestion, i'll queue this for development.
-
What I could do is enhance the quick add feature of the right click button. So you would simply select all the gpt task results and then use the right click .. Checker Plus .. Quick add. It currently supports adding one event this way, but I could develop it to parse line breaks etc. for multiple adds.…

I would still investigate the restart/sync issue because normally it should almost instantly sync the calendars when they are modified outside of the extension.
-
Ok thanks for the video, so let's see if we can jump start the sync by simply restarting the browser.
-
Is this JMB a regular google calendar? Have you tried clicking the refresh button in the checker plus calendar window?
-
Just curious how exactly do you generate the list using ChatGPT, maybe I can start exploring that integration within Checker Plus or I could simply parse break inputs with a specific divider.
-
Lol, that is a lot of browsers, are you a developer or tester? Well logically if you are hearing the custom sounds, it means it physically still exists on your computer - because the sound is sourced locally from the extension files. Unless you are using another Gmail extension.
-
It should be possible with an extension although I'm not exactly sure of the visual result you want without some screenshots.
-
No, this is definitely the 1st time it's been suggested.
-
If you uninstalled the extension there should be no way the custom sound was "remembered" unless you had the extension installed under another browser such as Edge etc or perhaps several profiles.
-
Most likely this is related to a sync issue as you stated, if there were easy steps to reproduce it I could try finding a resolution. I'm assuming I would just catch the error and ignore it as the email is probably dealt with previously.
-
This has been an elusive issue because it was hard to replicate it, have you tried this https://jasonsavard.com/wiki/Conversation_View_issue
-
In the extension options Admin tab there is a reset sounds button, but if all else fails you can try reinstalling the extension.
-
Correct and now that they will become Tasks then they will also be supported in my extension https://jasonsavard.com/wiki/Google_Tasks
-
You can try changing the extension notification options between text or rich notifications and see if that makes a difference, otherwise the notification updates are managed by the browser.
-
Most likely the issue is related to those flags, try resetting them to see.
-
Ah great example I can see that event has lots of fields filled in. I'll work on a solution but I may have to prioritize visibility of certain fields at the expense of others. Even the calendar name seems lengthy.
-
Can you send me a screenshot of the issue for reference.
-
So I'm still leaning on that this is a Mac issue, I googled around and found these results, let me know if they help: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201177 https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252093082 https://www.reddit.com/r/MacOS/comments/o5i1va/blurry_text_on_your_external_monitor_with_your/
-
So actually I do notice a slight blurriness with the screenshots on the left side of each of the extensions images you sent. Did you also say that both Gmail and my Calendar extensions have the blur issue?
