Unfortunately, I can't find a reliable way to re-create the issue, and it seems like sometimes the a couple of other extensions are hidden as well, so maybe it's a Chrome issue. Thank you so much for the quick replies

UPDATE: seems like, for some reason that I don't know, 2 of those messages were marked as "important" (not sure how that happened), so if I click the yellow thing to remove the "important" tag, they do show up in the extension

Yes, I'm not sure what the difference is, but some emails are rendered fine, and some are not. Another example that happens is GitHub notification emails (which I need to interact with a lot during the day), so I can't use the dark theme for those
