Probably not, by it happened when clicking in your menu, more than once. Maybe try marking as read and at the same time clicking other buttons or similar actions.

Yea, and when it comes to solving the worst issue you say "uninstall my extension" or advice to reset whole profile and report it to chrome.

The best will be to keep my profile while fixing this issue. That's weird you didn't report issue that you don't know what causes to chrome devs.
