reply w/attachment option

in Checker Plus for Gmail
using the checker plus option the compose button pops up a window in gmail that is the standard compose email view which of course allows for email attachments.

Isn't there a way to do this for replys? 
I would be happy with attach from google drive.

    Currently for attachments unfortunately extension popup windows cannot open file attachments dialog because they automatically close the extension popup window. Also it seems that using Google Drive attachments requires lots of extra functionality on my behalf such as replicating all the bells and whistles of this current dialog that occurs when you send an google drive attachment (shown below)

    I will take note of this suggestion and monitor how popular it is.

    my first interest is being able to simply attach a file when reply from checkerplus.
