keeps reinstalling all by itself
I'm using Vivaldi. I have removed the extension from by browser so many times and it just keeps coming back again. Only extension I've ever had this problem with.

Sorry this is looks like a Vivaldi issue, you should use their support channel, as it's impossible for a developer to force install extensions. The only possibility would be your admin in a group or network settings.
