Hi.

I guess, subj happens when the calendar event title is too big:

Even if I enlarge the window:

Thanks!

  • There is a link visible in both windows, it's labeled "Microsoft Teams Meeting"

Is there supposed to be another link associated to this event?

  • Yes. Usually, there are 3 links:

    • Title
    • meeting url
    • geolocation

Here are only 2 - title and geo

  • Can you show me the links in your Google Calendar webpage for that event so I can compare them.

  • For example - here is an event with the needed meeting link

  • >Can you show me the links in your Google Calendar webpage for that event so I can compare them.

Erm, I'm now sure I understand what to do. What links from my Google Calendar exactly?

  • Can you send me a screenshot of the event details page from your Google Calendar page like this...

  • Like this ?

  • Ok is it possible the "Microsoft Team Meeting" link opens the video link?

What is the other link that you wanted to be displayed in checker plus?

  • Ok is it possible the "Microsoft Team Meeting" link opens the video link?

    No. Its mapsgoogle link

What is the other link that you wanted to be displayed in checker plus?

I need the link after the words " Click here to join the meeting"

Worth mentioning - after I've edited in Checker Plus for Google Calendar a "bad" event and saved it - I've got a third link pointed to the meeting! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • Hmm ok if this happens again let me know or if you can repeat the issue by doing some tests, I will look into it.

  • Hi. New issue:

a link that is supposed to lead to the meeting - leads to the help

    Here is the item:

  • How is the event being generated? which software or exact method.

Because I would say it's putting the words "Microsoft Teams Meeting" in the location field is not effective. It should be the link the meeting or at least the real physical location of the meeting.

  • I don't know how it was generated :(

  • Hmm well who is the organiser?

and do you get the specific events with that location field like that often?

  • Many people can be an organizer.

and do you get the specific events with that location field like that often?

I don't pay much attention to that field so I don't know

  • If you go through all the meeting events in your calendar and click to see their details, how many have a location field with just "Microsoft Teams Meeting" ?

  • edited February 19

    All of them

And i know that some of those events were made by Outlook for sure.

  • ok i'll queue this for fixing, thanks for reporting it.

  • Good news this issue should be resolved in the latest v36.0

  • waiting with anticipation
