Close after setting not working?

Running on Windows 11, Edge browser and also tried it on Chrome.

I have the Close after setting = 25 seconds but it appears for about 6 seconds then slides away.

Edit:

Not sure if I misunderstood what this setting actually does but the solution as I guessed was to change the Windows notification display setting delay time in Windows settings.

    Good catch, so it seems you'll have to enable the option "Notification wakes up screen temporarily" as it enabled the "requireInteraction" flag that keeps the notification open on Windows.
