Daylight Saving Time issue

hello Guys

I have a problem with the extension after the DST was applied here (in Egypt) from April 2023, Although the Cairo time zone was changed from GMT+2 to GMT+3, it seems like the extension is stuck on GMT+2

I waited for like a month hoping the issue would disappear from itself and tried reinstalling the extension yet noting changed :(

any guesses what should I do ???
