I donated on synced chrome but the donation was not recorded on another pc

I am using google account to sync chrome on pc and laptop and i donated on my laptop but i cant use premium settings on my pc. Is it a bug or what? I guess the changes i made on my laptop during donation didnt get synced?

I have no problem donationg twice... im just curious is it a bug or a known limitation.
