Old completed reminder keeps popping up

the second reminder below continues to come back after multiple times checking/completing. It's also out of sync with the final event date & time, which i kept pushing back but finally happened yesterday...help

Try the following:

• Close that reminder window then double click the refresh button in the popup calendar window and wait the reminder window to appear again and hopefully dismissing the event works
• Last resort would be to reinstall the extension.
