not showing attached pictures in preview after some time

Hello and thank you for the great program!
After an hour or some time preview window not showing attached pictures, but only their names.

This is really not convenient, because I should open the box on gmail site to view them.
But pictures in recent messages are shown without problems.
Maybe there is any option not to show pictures after some amount of time?

    This is probably a Gmail feature to save on bandwidth, if I get more complains on this issue I will look into it, thanks for starting the thread.

    If it can help, if I press "switch to inbox", then all is looking as expected with pictures.
