Clicking account header takes me to wrong account

I was trying to troubleshoot an issue with my Online Banking, so I nuked my entire Chrome cache (aswell as all saved history, data etc).

I've since added 5 accounts back into GMail checker, but now when I click an account header in the Gmail Checker popup, it does not take me to the GMail Inbox I clicked.

In most cases it takes me to the primary account (the first account listed), but some also take me to a different account (yet still not the one I clicked).

I haven't encountered this issue before, any ideas?

  • Chrome Version 88.0.4324.182 (Official Build) (x86_64)
  • OSX 11.1 (20C69) - Big Sur
  • Checker Plus for Gmail™ 22.5.1

  • Account Header 1 -> Account 1

    Account Header 2 -> Account 1

    Account Header 3 -> Account 2

    Account Header 4 -> Account 1

    Account Header 5 -> Account 2

  • Ok, managed to fix this

    I had option 'Add accounts and stay signed in' enabled so I guess it got confused after I nuked my cache

    Changed to 'detect accounts' and signed into each mailbox again

    Then switched back to 'Add accounts and stay signed in', seems to be working properly again now
