Adding a child account

I've created an account for my son and I want to add it to Check Plus for Gmail.

Whenever I try to add the account I get this error message:

Any ideas?

Hmm it would seem that account is unable to accept oauth authorization, it's possibly a child lock of sort, perhaps you put your son's age in the account details and it's preventing the use of such apps to pull such info.
