I'm using Windows server 2008 R2 + chrome 71, please don't forget old os users.

This is more of an issue of Chrome itself probably dropping supported for old Windows versions.

I think so, another extension has same issue. Can you please provide a "simulate" border in the client area? I don't know what should i call it, maybe "content area"?  just the area you can drawing/painting ..something. Whatever, Thanks for your great job, have a nice day.
