Recurring notifications

I have one calendar notification that won't dismiss, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and no dice, I've also cleared the cache and again no dice.  It is only doing it for this one event on my calendar and I don't want to delete it since I search my history for past events.

Would you try deleting it and then recreating it? (is the reason becuase you have edited the details for many of those recurring events in the past?

It is a one time event that I went to this past Saturday, it's the only time it's not dismissed when I clicked the X in the top right corner.

What is the exact name of this event? Does it have any strange lettering?

After tying to dismiss this event, can you then immediately fill out this bug form http://jasonsavard.com/wiki/Bug_form (especially concerning the log errors)

Nothing special nope it was titled craft brew fest and I deleted the event and re created it and I'm still getting notified about it.

This one was new once dismissed.

Did you delete it via the Google Calendar webpage, if not, try doing that.

Yes that's where I deleted it from.  It's definitely an odd one as I have many appts on my calendar and routinely dismiss by clicking the x to close them and never has it failed until this one event heh

After deleting it from your calendar (that's already done so good)  try re-installing my extension, it should not be locating this event

possiblities: this event with the same title is present in other calendars? perhaps calendars you share?

last restort you might have a corrupted profile and will try this http://jasonsavard.com/faq/Corrupt_browser_profile

It was on my wife's as well but I had her delete it as well, so far no notifications, I'll leave it off for today and readd it tomorrow and see if it remains the same.
