Reminder times not following google calendar event

Actually have noticed two issues as follows:
1. Your reminders are not following the event (normally they do with most events). I didn't any reminders i don't believe.  However is a duplicate/copy of an earlier event a month ago and some of the notification times had already passed when I copied to create this Thursday night/Friday AM event (see SS below at 5:25p ET) w/ event 4/27 6p - 4/28 7a
2. When i leave a PC locked and come back to it this event is has duplicate reminders. Not reflected in SS since killed one of them
Note, I have not yet upgraded to 21.1.3..been too busy/waiting for push

If you can systematically reproduce the issue in it's simplest form and give me those steps it will help me determine the issue. Perhaps fewer reminder times and shorter ones. Also the desktop notifications could be less reliable than the default popup window reminder option.

Ok, thanks..Sorry don't follow what  you mean by "desktop notifications could be less reliable than the default popup window reminder option."  Do you mean you desktop notifications versus the Google notifications, which i've turned off?

No in my extension there are multiple notification type...
