chrome extension popup

when i use popup page upload a file , popup page disappear when window opened.how to resolve it ?

You can't, Chrome decides :( But on Windows 10 machines the popup windows doesn't close automatically. On Windows 7 or Mac it does.

I use ubuntu，i upload file by popup.html .

and Ubuntu also always closes the popup automatically, only Chrome on Windows 10 seems to keep the popup window open.
