Reply signatures

I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out or find out how to have my email signature appear when replying from the popup window.

I have a mac os x

Yeah unfortuneately my "Checker Plus" window does not yet support the signatures, but I believe the "Gmail inbox" view does, more info here http://jasonsavard.com/wiki/Popup_window

yes gmail does however the ability to respond to emails using Checker Plus would be great.

Not sure if this would be doable. How about when using a third party signature program? I really like Wise Stamp. For your consideration.
