Sap When someone replies to an email thread, the message snippet in my notification shows the original message from the first email in the thread, not the snippet from the last response.

Sap I'm using auto-detect. Should I try the other one? There are definitely times when I received an email in a thread and haven't read the previous ones, and I see this issue. Can't recall a time when I saw the issue and I knew I had read the previous emails in the thred.
