Maximized works as expected, the whole screen was the pop-up. I'm attaching pictures of what Minimized and Normal, looked. Normal was basically the same as Auto. Minimized size was the second biggest. In minimized, if I resized the window, it would stay the new size until I close the pop-up. The next notification, in Minimized, goes back to the same large pop-up.
EDIT: I'm not using any zoom settings or scaling.
